_{I, [Name will be filled in below], hereby grant No-Valo Learning Centre, its employees, agents, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings taken of $me/my$ company, or in which I/my company may be included, for social media purposes.}_{This includes, but is not limited to, the right to:}

_{Use my/my company's logo and trademarks.}
_{Edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these materials in any and all media now known or hereafter developed.}

_{2. Purpose of Use}

_{I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes related to No-Valo Learning Centre's activities on social media platforms, including but not not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.}

_{3. Release and Waiver}

_{I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy, or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the eventual use to which it may be applied. I release and discharge No-Valo Learning Centre from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.}
